NoQ Technologies India ("NoQ", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") operating under domain silentworld.in is dedicated to safeguarding user privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy details our governance practices in strict compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1. Intermediary Status (IT Act Section 79)

NoQ operates solely as an Intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) and protected under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. NoQ provides a technology scheduling platform that connects customers with independent, third-party physical venues (salons, wellness clinics, sports turfs, auto garages, and local businesses). NoQ does not render physical salon, medical, or athletic services directly.

2. Data Collection & Purpose Specification

In accordance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, NoQ practices strict data minimization:

• Authentication & Identity: User profile name and email/phone obtained securely through Google Sign-In (Android Credential Manager) to maintain your reservation schedule.
• Ephemeral Geolocation (Zero Background Tracking): Foreground GPS access is requested momentarily only when you arrive at a venue to scan the check-in QR code. The app performs an immediate mathematical Haversine distance verification to confirm physical arrival. Exact GPS coordinates are immediately scrubbed and permanently nullified from operational memory upon scan. No background location is collected.
• Hardware Integrity Hashes: Anonymized, non-reversible hardware digests generated via Android Hardware Keystore (StrongBox/TEE) solely for fraud prevention and preventing abusive multi-account slot hoarding.

• In-App Deletion: Open the NoQ App → Navigate to Profile → Scroll down to Danger Zone → Tap Delete Account.
• Automated Execution: Deletion triggers an atomic routine (delete_user_account) that permanently removes auth credentials, personal profiles, and device links.
